Jennifer O'Leary

Jennifer O'Leary is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships at the University of Maine System since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held significant positions at MaineHealth from 2017 to 2023, including Director of the Center for Workforce Development, where Jennifer developed programs to prepare the workforce for healthcare careers and effectively navigated training needs during the global pandemic. Jennifer's career at the University of Maine from 2005 to 2017 included roles such as Director of Strategic Communications and Special Assistant to the Vice President of Innovation and Economic Development, focusing on community relations, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Adult Education, Training & Development and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from the University of Southern Maine.
