Muhammad Irfan Bajwa

Muhammad Irfan Bajwa serves as the Head of Human Capital Management at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) since November 2014, focusing on HR strategy alignment, talent management, employee development, and promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Bajwa has also led internationalization efforts at UMT, establishing partnerships with global educational institutions and implementing various academic programs. Previous roles include Principal Secretary to the Rector, Senior Manager of Policies and Implementation, and Manager of Internationalization and Accreditation, where significant contributions were made to policy development and accreditation processes. Additionally, Bajwa co-founded the Center for Sustainability Research and Practice and holds positions in organizations focused on national security and NGO consultancy. Bajwa possesses advanced degrees in Poverty Reduction from SOAS University of London and an MBA from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
