Benedicto L. Avila

Benedict Avila is a seasoned academic and property management professional with extensive experience in higher education and business operations. Currently serving as the Graduate Program Director at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila since October 2016, Benedict oversees post-graduate business programs. Previous roles at the same institution include University Registrar and various administrative and academic positions. In property management, Benedict has been the General Manager of DBA Property Management since January 2009 and holds leadership roles at Kathrina Properties Inc. and several small businesses since 2003. Educational qualifications include a Doctor in Business Administration from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and ongoing doctoral studies at De La Salle University, complemented by a Master in Management Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University.
