Michael Horlick

Michael Horlick, MPM, M Ed., PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, education, and language services. As the Founder and Manager of Echtralex Contemporary Lexicography since June 2016, Michael has successfully managed business development and published foreign language dictionaries focused on national security topics. In addition to this role, Michael serves as a Faculty Specialist at the University of Maryland, where responsibilities include lecturing on public policy subjects and designing curricula for various programs. Previous roles include advocacy coaching at the Fund for Global Health, cultural orientation fellow at the International Rescue Committee, and senior linguist at AECOM and McNeil Technologies, where Michael led major language projects and analyses. Michael holds a Master of Public Management and a Master of Education from the University of Maryland, along with a BA in Russian and Chinese from Indiana University Bloomington.
