Tom Keller, CCP, has extensive experience in employee benefits and compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Valencia College since August 2014. In this role, Tom designs, implements, and manages employee and retiree benefits as well as retirement programs, overseeing strategy and operations for the Benefits team. Previously, Tom held several positions at YMCA of Central Florida from June 2005 to July 2014, including Total Rewards Director, where responsibilities included directing compensation and benefits initiatives for over 1,800 employees across 27 branches. Tom also has experience as a Program Manager/Marketing Coordinator at Davis, Keller & Wiggins, LLC, and has held roles focused on office administration and human resources. Tom holds a Human Resources Management Certification and a BA in Communication from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
