Antony Dong is a Computer Science student at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, set to graduate in 2024. Currently serving as a Research and Analysis Assistant, Antony collaborates with Research Scientist Alauddin Ahmed on projects related to high-performing materials for carbon dioxide capture, utilizing Great Lakes and PuTTY software for testing and analysis of 8000 models, while authoring detailed reports on findings. As a member of the University of Michigan Solar Car Team, Antony contributes to the Strategy/Software Division as a Race Crew Weather Strategist, leading the redesign of weather simulation software and developing Python scripts for real-time weather forecasting during a cross-country solar vehicle race. Additionally, in the role of Human Genetics Office Assistant, Antony supports the Administrative Director by managing office operations, enhancing inventory systems, and coordinating graduate seminars.
