John Pilla

John Pilla is an experienced professional with a diverse background in photography, management, and graphic design. Currently serving as the Administrative Team Manager and previously as the Administrative and Technology Specialist at the University of Minnesota's Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI), John has also been the Lead Photographer and Retoucher for Gopher Photo since 2011, managing a team of photographers for the University of Minnesota Marching Band. As a Creative Graphic Designer for the Marching Band from 2015 to 2020, John developed innovative social media content while collaborating closely with directors and coordinators. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Kitchen Window and Bachman's Inc., as well as positions in photography and retouching at KeliComm Headshots and Wilson Whitaker Photography. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art - Photography from the University of Minnesota.
