Ric Ransom

Ric Ransom currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at University of Missouri Health Care, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ric Ransom was the Vice President and President of UW Hospitals in the Madison Region from December 2018 to May 2023, and the Chief Operations Officer at Greenville Memorial Hospital from May 2014 to December 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Administrator at Greenville Memorial Hospital and as Executive Director of Oncology at Baptist Medical Group from January 2011 to September 2013, along with the role of Assistant Administrator at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Memphis from September 2008 to December 2010. Ric Ransom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Morehouse College, a Juris Doctor from Samford University, and both an MBA and a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Education was completed at John Carroll Catholic High School.
