Leah Kadlecek is currently serving as a Litigation Assistant at The Legal Aid Society since September 2024. Prior to this role, Leah gained experience as an Intern with the Greater Alliance Foundation from January 2023 to August 2024 and worked as a Direct Service Provider at Clearview Developmental Services, where responsibilities included providing transportation and care to adults with developmental disabilities from April 2021 to August 2024. Additionally, Leah volunteered at Urban Vision, supporting various programs for K-5th grade students, and was an Advocacy Corps Organizer for the Friends Committee on National Legislation from August 2023 to June 2024, focusing on community organization around federal legislation. Involvement with the NAACP included educating the community on significant legislative issues from October 2022 to January 2023. Leah's experience also includes a role as an Apparel Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods from June 2020 to October 2021. Leah holds a degree in Political Science and Sociology, with concentrations in Pre-Law Studies and Peace Building and Social Justice from the University of Mount Union, completed in May 2024.
