Scott Parlett is an experienced leader in Indigenous programs and digital media design. Currently serving as the Director of the Nura Gili Centre for Indigenous Programs at UNSW since July 2023, Scott oversees student services and contributes to the implementation of UNSW’s Indigenous Strategy. With a background as a Freelance Digital Media Designer since December 2007, Scott specializes in developing creative solutions for a variety of clients. Previous roles include Lecturer in Indigenous Strategy and Design at QUT, where Scott fostered collaborations with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders, and Student Support Coordinator at the University of Queensland, providing crucial support to Indigenous students. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Digital Media, a Master of Indigenous Studies, and a Bachelor of Digital Media, all obtained from UNSW.
