Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the University of North Carolina is responsible for strategic decision-making and governance across the multi-campus system. Comprised of senior executives including the President, COO, and SVPs of Legal Affairs, Government Relations, and Finance, the team collaborates to enhance administrative efficiency, advocate for state and federal support, oversee financial operations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, all while promoting the university's mission of teaching, research, and community service.
