Eric Polivka

Eric Polivka is currently the Director of Business Process Transformation at the University of North Texas System, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Eric served as Business Transformation Lead at Accenture from October 2020 to September 2022 and as Performance Excellence Advisor at Hill Country Memorial Hospital from January 2017 to October 2020. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2016, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Tyler Junior College, achieved from 2012 to 2014.
