Jenny Barnes

Jenny Barnes is a Senior Business Analyst at the University of Nottingham since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in managing student representation and voice initiatives from their previous role as Head of Student Voice & Insight at the University of Lincoln Students' Union from July 2015 to July 2023. During this time, Jenny Barnes oversaw strategic academic representation systems, supported elected student leaders, and facilitated data-driven changes to enhance student engagement. Additionally, as Director of the Students' Union Management System from April 2018 to July 2023, Jenny Barnes led a comprehensive digital solution for Students' Unions focusing on charitable objectives and member insights. Prior positions include Representation & Democracy Coordinator at the University of Gloucestershire Students' Union and an earlier role in housekeeping at the University of Sheffield. Jenny Barnes holds a BMedSci (Hons) in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Sheffield.
