Nick Proverbs

Nick Proverbs is a seasoned operations and recruitment professional with extensive experience in educational environments, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Executive Education at the University of Nottingham since July 2023. Previously, Nick held various leadership roles at Nottingham College from November 2014 to July 2023, including Operations Manager and Lead Generation Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Employer Services Team, managing apprenticeship recruitment, and driving business development strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Percurra, Hays, Swiis Health and Social Care, and Prime Time Recruitment, building a strong background in recruitment across multiple sectors. Nick is further enhancing management skills through the Strategic Leadership Programme at the University of Nottingham, set to conclude in May 2024.
