Xab Eisenbacher

XaB Eisenbacher is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation across various companies. Currently, XaB serves as Co-Founder and CEO of KEGON Hungary, and CEO of KEGON Austria, while also being a member of the Innovation Expert Network at the University of Pécs. Previous roles include Global Transformation Manager for Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU, where transformation initiatives were driven, and a key member of T-Systems International's Lean-Agile Center of Excellence focused on implementing SAFe methodologies. Over the years, XaB has held several strategic positions in cybersecurity management and service delivery within T-Systems International, contributing to multi-regional IT security programs and team leadership. Educational background includes studies in Germanic languages at Eötvös Loránd University and a high school degree focused on IT and German.
