Jason Lubken

Jason Lubken has a diverse range of work experience in software development and data science. Jason is currently a Data Science Manager and Principal Software Architect at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, where they oversee the micro-service applications pipeline, python libraries, and on-premise and cloud infrastructure. Jason also mentors staff in data science and software engineering. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Principal Scientific Software Developer at the University of Pennsylvania, where they focused on restoring memory function in people with memory loss, and as a Senior Software Architect and Data Analyst, where they developed ETL processes and served on strategy teams. Jason also has experience as an Owner of Real Software LLC, where they developed smart-board graphics manipulation software, and as a Senior Programmer Analyst at the University of Pennsylvania, where they developed multimedia health interventions and educational computer games. Additionally, Jason has worked as a Software Engineer at EchoStar Corporation and a Systems Analyst at the City of Laramie, where they developed various applications and managed computer networks. Jason started their career as a Software Engineer at Wind River Visual Communication, where they developed multimedia product literature and created websites for clients.

Jason Lubken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
