Gerald Lopez

Gerald Lopez has extensive experience in operations, business development, and engineering. Current roles include Director of Operations & Business Development and Center Associate Director at the University of Pennsylvania. Previous positions include Director of Business Development and Senior Manager of Lithography and Process Engineering at GenISys GmbH, as well as Consultant and Field Applications and Support Engineer for North America at SITA. Early career experience includes software development and serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where Gerald also participated in the Intel Opportunity Scholar’s Program as a mentor. Gerald Lopez holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned in January 2009, and a Master's degree in the same field, completed in July 2004.
