Chris Schunn is an established academic and expert in learning sciences, currently serving as Chief Learning Scientist at Peerceptiv since September 2012, where the focus is on enhancing peer assessment in educational settings. With a rich background in psychology and cognitive science, Chris has held multiple roles at the University of Pittsburgh since 2001, including Senior Scientist and Professor, along with directing a research lab. Prior academic positions include Assistant Professor of Psychology at George Mason University and a postdoctoral fellowship at Carnegie Mellon University. Chris earned a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and has a strong foundational education in psychology and sciences from McGill University and Marianopolis College.
