Mark D. Henderson

Mark Henderson serves as the Vice Chancellor and Chief Information Officer at the University of Pittsburgh since 2019, focusing on strategic technological initiatives for the university's campuses. Henderson also contributes as a member of the Board of Directors at CIB Marine Bank and META MASHQ, with roles in various committees, including Vice Chair of the Audit Committee at CIB Marine Bank. Additionally, Henderson is an active Board Member of the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, chairing the IT Committee, and previously held board positions at KINBER. Prior to the current role, Henderson held several executive positions, including Chief Information Officer at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Interim Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Case Western Reserve University.
