Charlotte Cote serves as a Senior Content Creator at the University of Portsmouth Students' Union since September 2022, where responsibilities include producing marketing copy for various channels and assisting with data analysis to enhance future content strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Content Creator and Casual Staff at the same institution, focusing on content development and customer engagement. Charlotte also works as a Barista at Southsea Coffee Co Ltd, strengthening customer service and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment. Previous roles include Sales Assistant at Moser Glassworks, providing multilingual customer service, and an intern at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, where project collaboration and presentation skills were developed. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marketing Analytics at the University of Portsmouth, following a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing from the same institution.
