Prasith Yam

Prasith Yam has extensive experience in the field of education and human resources, holding significant leadership roles since 2012. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at the University of Puthisastra since September 2017, Prasith previously occupied positions including School Principal at Appletree International School and Human Resources Director at Western International School. In these roles, Prasith has demonstrated expertise in aligning educational objectives with Montessori standards, enhancing curriculum programs, and developing teaching staff. Prasith’s management skills are evident in the implementation of policies, performance monitoring, and participation in teacher recruitment processes. Prasith's academic credentials include studies at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle from 2002 to 2004.
