Tracy S. is an experienced Application Support Specialist currently employed at URI Foundation & Alumni Engagement since June 2019, providing support for the advancement database and engagement tools. Prior to this role, Tracy served in similar capacities at the UNIVERSITY OF RHODE ISLAND FOUNDATION and Johnson & Wales University, where responsibilities included database development, statistical reporting, and collaboration with IT for system enhancements. Tracy possesses a strong background in project management, data analysis, and training, having created user-friendly database interfaces and conducted extensive training for staff across multiple campuses. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and an Associate of Science in Computer & Business Applications from Johnson & Wales University.
