Gaetano Continillo

Gaetano Continillo is a professor at Università del Sannio since November 1998, specializing in Energy Engineering, where responsibilities include the design, launch, and management of degree courses, as well as leading a research group focused on the analysis and simulation of combustion and chemical processes. Continillo also teaches, manages the degree program in Energy Engineering, oversees foreign mobility for staff and students, participates in the Academic Senate Board, and coordinates student orientation for the Department of Engineering. Previous experience includes roles as an associate researcher at Istituto Motori CNR from October 2010 to December 2015 and as a researcher at IRC-CNR from March 1985 to October 1998, along with a research specialist position at the University of California, Irvine, from December 1986 to June 1988. Academic qualifications comprise a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a Laurea in Mechanical Engineering, both from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
