Mouaz Alrayes

Mouaz Alrayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the engineering and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at the University of Southern California since September 2023, Mouaz previously held significant roles at Bureau Veritas Group, including Senior Project Manager and Lead Project Manager from December 2019 to September 2023, where expertise in real estate decision intelligence was utilized. Prior to that, Mouaz managed projects at EMG, a company acquired by Bureau Veritas, and held roles at GNS World as an IT Engineer, MPC as a Mechanical Construction Engineer, and P.A. Finlay as a Project Engineer. Mouaz began a professional career as a Mechanical Engineer at the Adra Power Plant in Syria. An alumnus of Damascus University, Mouaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
