John Bessant

John Bessant is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in innovation management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Professor at the University of Stavanger since June 2017 and as a Senior Research Fellow at Innofora Ltd since January 2017, Bessant has contributed significantly to research in the innovation management field. Additional roles include Professor Emeritus of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Exeter since July 2009, Professor at CENTRIM from 1982 to 2010, and Professor at Imperial College between 2006 and 2009.
