Pennelope Ratcliffe is currently the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the University of Tasmania. Pennelope has held various leadership positions at previous companies including Moventas, AllRig, and Schlumberger.

Pennelope Ratcliffe has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across a variety of industries. Pennelope started their career as a training manager at Schlumberger, a multinational oilfield services company. After a few years in that role, they became the Chief Operating Officer at AllRig, a private equity-backed company that provides inspection and maintenance support for the drilling industry. In their most recent position before joining the University of Tasmania, they were the Senior Vice President for Americas at Moventas, a high technology manufacturing company in the wind energy industry.

Pennelope is an expert in the areas of operations management, finance, legal and contractual compliance, and safety.
