Rou Jay Balagot

Rou Jay Balagot is an experienced educator and professional with a robust background in marketing, management, and finance. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of the Cordilleras since January 2022, Rou Jay specializes in teaching a variety of courses including Marketing, Management, and Human Resource Management. Previous experience includes a brief externship with the National Bureau of Investigation, where legal research and drafting affidavits were key responsibilities, as well as roles in accounts payable at Texas Instruments across both the Philippines and Malaysia. Rou Jay holds a Juris Doctor degree in progress, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing Management, all from the University of the Cordilleras. Additional international exposure includes participation in the Global E-commerce Entrepreneurship Program at Chonbuk National University in South Korea.
