Trevor Embury

Trevor Embury currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of the Fraser Valley since December 2020. In addition, Trevor is the Founder of Field of Study, established in January 2018, and has held the position of Director of Visual Communication for the DesignTO Festival since December 2011. Previous academic roles include Faculty positions at OCAD University and the University of Illinois Chicago, and experience as Principal/Design Director at aftermodern.lab inc. from September 2009 to July 2019. Trevor's educational background includes a Master of Design in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Chicago and a variety of degrees in design and geography from institutions such as the University of Calgary and Musashino University.
