Emerito Jose A Faraon

Emerito Jose A Faraon serves as the Director of the Research Management and Translation Office and the Head of the Research Grant Administration Office, both roles initiated in 2024, focusing on enhancing the university’s research grant management and administrative processes. As an Associate Professor at the University of the Philippines Manila since 2019, Emerito A Faraon has been involved in teaching, research, and consultancy. Additionally, Emerito A Faraon offers consultancy services to the Department of Health - Philippines and the World Health Organization, and previously held a Senior Technical Officer position to provide strategic assistance in health policy development. Past roles include Chairman of the Department of Health Policy and Administration at the UP College of Public Health and an Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines from 2010 to 2019. Emerito A Faraon holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of the Philippines, completed in 1989.
