Nelson Tiongson

Nelson Tiongson serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Manila since February 2024 and has an extensive background in health informatics and technology. Previously, Nelson held multiple roles at The Medical City, including Chief Informatics and Technology Officer, Assistant Vice President and Head of Health Informatics and Technology Group, Senior Manager of Health Informatics and Analytics Division, and Clinical Informatics Manager from October 2012 to March 2024. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Data Analytics from Monash University and a Master in Health Informatics from the University of the Philippines Manila, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas.
