Daryl R. Brydie

Daryl R. Brydie, Ph.D., CISSP, PMP, CEH, is a highly experienced professional in cybersecurity and education, currently serving as a Senior Lead Cybersecurity/DevSecOps Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton since July 2024. With over 25 years in the field, Daryl has a robust background in designing secure enterprise architectures, notably within the Federal Sector. In addition to the consultancy role, Daryl has been a Professor of Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning at the University of the Potomac since September 2006, teaching various doctoral courses and serving as an ISC2 Certified Instructor for information systems security. Previous roles include Cybersecurity Director at Capgemini, SIEM Program Manager at the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency, and various leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting, Zeneth Technology Partners, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Daryl holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a Cyber Security emphasis, and has an extensive educational background in mathematics and cybersecurity law.
