Angela Kouplen

Angela Kouplen has been working in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years. Angela started their career at CITGO Petroleum Corporation in 1997 as a Third Party Applications and .Net Development Supervisor. In 2007, they joined Williams as a Manager of IT Planning and Governance. Angela spent five years at Williams before moving to WPX Energy in 2012, where they served as Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Information Officer for nine years.

Kouplen is currently Interim Chief Information Officer at University of Tulsa.

Angela Kouplen has a masters in business administration from The University of Tulsa and a bachelor's in management from Oklahoma State University.
