Beth DeLair

Beth DeLair is the current Chief Compliance Officer at University of Washington Medical Center. Prior to this, they were the founder of Health Care Compliance Recruiting, a recruiting firm that specializes in health care compliance positions. Beth has also held the position of Interim Director of Compliance and Risk Management at Stanford Health Care - University Health Care Alliance. In this role, they were responsible for implementing Stanford Health Care's enterprise risk assessment and mitigation process, creating and implementing a proactive physician education program, updating and drafting new policies and procedures, updating compliance training, conducting and participating in compliance and privacy investigations, and implementing components of research compliance and operations processes. Beth has extensive experience in the field of compliance and is well-suited to their current role as Chief Compliance Officer.
