Gregory Tomso

The Division of Academic Engagement and Student Affairs is dedicated to supporting personal development and academic success of all UWF students through programs and services that include career exploration, high-impact learning experiences, health and wellness, childcare and student involvement. Dr. Tomso is a passionate advocate for UWF's students, having served on the faculty at UWF for nearly two decades. He holds BA degrees in English and History from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. from Duke University. He has served as chair of the UWF Department of English and Director of UWF's Kugelman Honors Program, and is a past president of the Southern Regional Honors Council.
