Andrew Savagian

Andrew Savagian possesses extensive experience in communications and public affairs within governmental and educational institutions. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager for the Universities of Wisconsin System since February 2020, Andrew previously held multiple roles at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources from 1998 to 2020, including Communications Section Chief, Senior Public Affairs Manager, Outreach Team Leader, and Brownfields Outreach Communications Specialist. Educationally, Andrew earned a Master of Science in Land Resources from UW-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology and Environmental Communications from UW-Stevens Point.
