Larissa Hakes

Larissa Hakes is a Systems Engineer at the University of Wisconsin System since November 2022, previously serving as an Information Security/User Support Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from August 2018 to November 2022. In this role, Larissa acted as the technical lead and administrator for the implementation of Team Dynamix ITSM, providing extensive technical assistance for hardware and software issues. Earlier experience at the University of Wisconsin-Stout included the role of User Support Specialist III, involving support ticket management and technical assistance provision. Prior to this, Larissa worked as a Department Manager at Walmart from July 2014 to August 2018, overseeing a team of Electronics and Pick-Up associates. Larissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Rasmussen University between 2015 and 2018, following a diploma from Menomonie High School completed in 2012.
