Noah Brisbin

Noah Brisbin serves as Senior System Legal Counsel for the University of Wisconsin System since November 2016, following a progressive career with increasing responsibilities, including positions as System Legal Counsel and Associate System Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Attorney General at the North Dakota Office of Attorney General, and as Assistant General Counsel and Special Assistant to the Chancellor for the North Dakota University System. Noah Brisbin's early legal experience encompasses internships with the United States Bankruptcy Court, United States Attorney's Office, and North Carolina Court of Appeals. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
