Michael Wester

Michael Wester has an extensive background in student leadership and community engagement, currently serving as an Alumni Mentor at Enactus York and Regional Vice President of Engagement for Enactus UK Alumni. With experience as an Assurance Associate at EY, Michael has also held various roles within the University of York Students' Union, including President of Vanbrugh CSA and Transport Officer of the Outdoor Society. Elected three times as Course Representative, Michael has represented peers during the post-COVID recovery period. Michael's academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of York, with plans to pursue a Master's in Economics at the University of Southampton. Prior roles include Vice President of Engagement and Engagement Officer at Enactus York, Treasurer of the Club of PEP, and clerical work at Carisbrooke Shipping Ltd, demonstrating a strong commitment to service and leadership throughout university life.
