Morgan Seckinger Wetenkamp

Morgan Seckinger Wetenkamp is an experienced educator currently serving as the Content Lead for English Language Arts at Instruction Partners since July 2022 and as a Fifth Grade Lead Teacher at University Preparatory School since July 2014. Morgan's teaching experience includes roles as a Dean of Academics, Dean of Academics Resident, and 3rd Grade Classroom Teacher, emphasizing critical thinking and social justice within curriculum design. Previous positions also include Fifth Grade Teacher at Rocky Mountain Prep and Corps Member with City Year, where instructional support was provided across different grade levels. Morgan's early career featured roles as a Campus Ambassador for Teach For America and an Orientation Peer Advisor at James Madison University. Morgan holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Critical Pedagogy from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University.
