Alison Dadia has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Alison began their career at Cross Island Fruits as a Cashier in 2006. Subsequently, they worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate at The Body Shop in 2007 and as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Alison joined Sound Smugglers, LLC as a Public Relations Intern, where they drafted public relations materials, assisted with event planning, and participated in client meetings and presentations. Alison then served as a Marketing Intern at The Bowery Presents from 2012 to 2013, gaining experience in the field of marketing.

From 2013 to 2015, Alison worked at RSVP Spot as an Event Planner, Promoter, and Nightlife Services professional. In this role, they were responsible for planning events and promoting nightlife services.

In 2014, Alison transitioned to Distinguished Programs, where they held various roles. Alison began as an Administrative Assistant and then became an Operations Associate. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of Customer Care Specialist Lead. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, Alison served as a Customer Experience Design Specialist, responsible for maintaining and enhancing Salesforce, conducting software testing, delivering user training, and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Currently, Alison is working at the University Settlement Society of New York. Alison joined the organization in 2019 as the Manager of Information Services and was later promoted to the position of Director of CRM & Business Solutions in December 2020. Alison'sresponsibilities in this role include overseeing CRM operations and implementing business solutions.

Throughout their career, Alison has demonstrated proficiency in various areas, including customer service, event planning, marketing, public relations, and CRM management.

Alison Dadia completed their Bachelor's degree in Management of the Musical Enterprises and Communications at Baruch College, from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in November 2019.
