Dewayne Morgan

Dewayne Morgan serves as the Senior Director at the University System of Maryland since September 2012, where responsibilities include developing partnerships with 24 public school districts in Maryland and overseeing the Maryland Center for Computing Education to enhance outreach and support for under-represented groups. Previous roles at the University System of Maryland included Director from October 2004 to April 2012, along with positions as Research Analyst and Internal Evaluator. Earlier experience encompasses teaching roles at Vero Beach Junior High School and South Elementary School. Dewayne Morgan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Florida and is ABD in Education Policy from the University of Maryland, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from the University of Florida.
