Michael S. Keim

Michael S. Keim is the current President of Univest Bank and Trust Co. & SEVP of Univest Financial Corporation. Prior to their current positions, Keim held various executive positions at different companies such as EVP Chief Operating Officer at Cooper River Financial LLC, SVP Managing Director at GMAC ResCap, and SVP, Managing Director - Business to Consumer at GMAC Mortgage. Michael has also served as the EVP and Chief Operating Officer at GMAC Bank and as the Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Residential. Prior to their executive positions, Keim worked as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning at GMAC Mortgage and as an Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant at Advanta Mortgage and Deloitte & Touche respectively.

Michael S. Keim graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University with a degree in accounting. Michael then went on to work in the accounting field for many years.
