Susan Campbell

Susan Campbell has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Susan started their career in 1995 as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive at Insurance & Financial Services, Ltd of DE. Susan specialized in sales and service of small to mid-size business insurance and also had experience in personal insurance and surety and fiduciary bonds.

In 2004, they joined Nationwide Insurance as an Associate Agent and stayed with them until 2005. During their time there, they gained experience in customer claims satisfaction and maintaining relationships with state regulatory departments as a Sr Business Analyst at AIG - NHIS.

In 2009, Susan became the Marketing Director at Hull & Company, where they were responsible for promoting surplus and excess lines of insurance as a wholesaler. Susan also developed new agency relationships to increase the quote to bind ratio for new business quotes.

Susan then joined Nationwide Insurance again in 2010 as an Associate Agent, and later moved to Univest Insurance Inc in 2011 as a Commercial Lines Producer.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in various roles within the insurance industry.

Susan Campbell attended Goldey-Beacom College from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Methacton High School.
