Erica Mesa serves as the VP of Consumer Marketing & Media Strategy at Univision Communications Inc. since October 2013, leading multi-platform strategies encompassing Streaming, Linear, Digital Marketing, Radio, and Off-air channels. Responsibilities include overseeing creative services related to branding and promotional marketing. Previously, Erica held the role of Senior Director for Multi-Platform Strategy & Planning at Univision, where Erica focused on developing promotional strategies to enhance ratings and engagement across the UCI portfolio. Prior experience includes a 13-year tenure at Discovery Inc. as Media Planning Manager, where Erica gained extensive brand experience in entertainment marketing across LatAm and U.S. Hispanic audiences. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Marketing and Psychology from Florida International University.
