Karen Padin

Karen Padin serves as the Senior Director of Talent Strategy & Insights at Univision Communications Inc. since November 2011, bringing a wealth of experience from a previous role as Manager of Programming Administration and Talent Relations at Univision Puerto Rico from October 1999 to November 2011. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Sacred Heart, San Juan (1994-1998) and an Associate's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo (1992-1994).
