Sumit Chatterjee has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Sumit started their career as a Customer Care Specialist at Daksh e-Services in 2001. Sumit then worked at Saffron Global Ltd as a Team Supervisor, responsible for supervising a team of 18 Quality Analysts.

In 2007, Sumit joined Sparsh BPO as an Assistant Manager Quality, where they conducted feedback sessions, provided training to agents, and ensured quality compliance. Sumit then moved to Info Edge India Ltd as a Manager Training & Sales Process Quality, where they executed marketing strategies and developed business plans.

Sumit later joined Times Internet as Manager Operations & Customer Service for Dineout. Sumit then worked at BigFoot Retail Solutions Pvt as Assistant Director of Client Support, where they led customer support operations and implemented technology-driven processes.

In 2018, Sumit joined UNIVO Education as Assistant Vice President of Student Success & Training & Development. Sumit managed the student lifecycle, handled operations management, and maintained customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.

In 2022, Sumit took on the role of Assistant Vice President of Product Innovation at UNIVO Education. Sumit oversaw compliance, planned and executed product launches, and developed pricing and bundling strategies. Sumit also successfully implemented various tools and systems.

Currently, Sumit is serving as the Vice President of Compliance & Services at UNIVO Education. In this role, they manage day-to-day operations, coordinates projects, and acts as a liaison between the leader and stakeholders. Sumit also builds relationships with employees and strategizes new operational approaches.

Sumit Chatterjee's education history includes an Executive Program in Sales & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (2013-2014), a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing from NIS Sparta (1998-2001), a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kanpur University, India (1997-1999), and an Intermediate degree from Sir Padampat Singhania Education Center (1989-1994).
