Aleksei Malenkin

Aleksei Malenkin has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and finance. Aleksei is currently working as the CTO at Unlimit since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Information Officer at a company under NDA from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as an Enterprise Architect, Executive Director at Sberbank, where they led and developed the architecture function in the Risks and Collection Domains business tribes. Aleksei also designed the strategic IT architecture vision and roadmap and acted as a trusted advisor for leaders and teams on business and IT issues. Before that, from 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Information Technology Business Partner at Alfa-Bank. Aleksei's work experience also includes serving as a Senior Product Manager, Senior Vice President at Raiffeisen Bank Russia from 2012 to 2019 and as a Project Manager at Sberbank from 2010 to 2012. Aleksei has also held roles such as Project Manager at Neoflex in 2009, Deputy Head of the Project Management Office at Swedbank from 2008 to 2009, Team Leader/Consultant at Accenture from 2007 to 2008, and System Analyst at Softline Solutions from 2006 to 2007. Throughout their career, Aleksei has demonstrated expertise in IT architecture, project management, and strategic decision-making.

Aleksei Malenkin received a Master of Engineering degree in Information Science/Studies from the Russian University of Humanities between 2001 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Architect from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022 and Kanban System Design (KMP I) from Kanban University in 2019.
