Olga Zhukova

Olga Zhukova has a strong background in client relations and customer success, with experience in various roles at Unlimit and XM. Olga currently serves as the Head of Client Relations at Unlimit, where they oversee client relationships and leads the team. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Relationships Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager at Unlimit. Olga also has experience as a Client Relationship Manager, specifically in the acquiring sector, and as an Onboarding Manager. Before joining Unlimit, Olga worked as a Client Relationship Manager at XM.

Olga Zhukova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics in 2010. Olga then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the same institution, graduating in 2011.
