Matt Gockerman

As Chief Legal Officer, Matt passionately advances the reliability and value that characterizes Unlimited’s industry role, underpins the company’s strategic partnerships, and ensures financial stability for itself and its customers. A seasoned business executive, his trusted oversight of multiple corporate functions ensures a consistent response and high-quality experience every time a client, colleague, or business partner interacts with the company. Given the significance, complexity, and emerging risk profile of the Alternative Payment Models impacting specialty healthcare providers, Matt also directs Unlimited Systems multidisciplinary response. In addition to managing Unlimited’s compliance with the regulatory framework that governs healthcare IT organizations, Matt’s team is an effective and trusted resource for customers seeking guidance to enhance their own operational continuity. Before Unlimited Systems, Matt developed his legal and business acumen as an Associate with Taft/ in Cincinnati and as a Senior Manager with KPMG in Houston. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. Outside of the office, Matt actively participates in the local community. Matt currently serves as Board President for the Springer School.
