Lisa Williams

Lisa Williams is an experienced professional in executive coaching and leadership development, currently serving as an Associate at UNLOQ since December 2022. With a diverse background, Lisa has held key roles such as Managing Director at Look Up & Ltd and Consultant Partner at LSP Leadership Ltd, both since September 2019. Lisa also serves as a Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach at Aleox Consulting, and has been with The Oxford Group since March 2008, where responsibilities have included spearheading global executive coaching strategies and managing global coaching accounts. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Halifax, focusing on organizational development and executive coaching, as well as earlier positions in training management. Lisa holds a BA Hons in Humanities with Literature from The Open University and a certification in Training Practice from CIPD.
